StrategyAI Partners is a boutique AI strategy and governance advisory firm. We work with U.S. defense contractors and regulated enterprises that need to adopt AI without losing control of their data, their contractual obligations, or their credibility with customers and assessors.

Our work sits between three groups that usually talk past each other: the executives who sponsor AI, the security and compliance teams who have to defend it, and the assessors and counsel who review it. We produce one documented picture that all three can use.

How we work

Independence

We are independent by design. We do not resell software, hold vendor commissions, or take implementation contracts. Our recommendation is the one your organization needs, not the one a partner pays us to make.

Vendor neutrality

We evaluate tools against your requirements and your risk tolerance. If the right answer is to keep what you already own, we say so. If the right answer is to stop using a tool, we say that too.

Confidentiality

We sign your NDA and treat your information as yours. Access is limited to the people doing the work, and findings are written for the audience you designate.

CUI-safe handling

We work within your CUI handling procedures. Where artifacts contain controlled unclassified information, we review them in your environment or under your approved handling arrangements rather than moving them into ours.

No conflicts with assessors or counsel

We do not perform CMMC assessments and we do not provide legal advice. Our output is built to be handed to your assessor and your counsel, not to compete with them.
